Designed by the firm Gettliffe Architecture and built by Harrington Stanko, the sprawling compound centers around a four-bedroom main house with light, airy interiors that explain the farm’s name. The $19.5 million property is being offered off-market, although it was most recently listed with Marybeth Emerson at the Agency Boulder.
At the heart of the main residence is an open-plan great room, with walls of windows that wrap around a contemporary living room and dining room. Light-wood beams line the ceiling, mirroring the cabinetry in the kitchen. Upstairs, there’s an office with plenty of workspace, while the lower level is home to a casual family room.

And the farm’s rare water rights mean you get 96 shares of the North Boulder Farmers Ditch and cisterns that can provide up to 35,000 gallons of water storage.
